The Sunday Table

One Verse. One Story. One Meal.

Start your Sunday with something real.

A quiet moment.
A little perspective.
A simple meal that brings everyone back to the table.

The Sunday Table is my weekly note to help you slow down, breathe, and remember what actually matters.

No noise.
No spam.
Just faith, food, family, and something worth carrying into your week.

What You’ll Get Each Sunday

A Single Verse:

A simple scripture to center your heart before the week begins.

Not complicated.
Just truth.

A Real Story

A personal reflection from my life—family, faith, the kitchen, hard seasons, gratitude, and the small moments God uses to teach us something bigger.

Real life.
Real perspective.

One Simple Meal

A fresh, chef-created recipe that feels doable, meaningful, and made for real families.

Not perfect food.

Real food.

The kind people actually make.

Sample Edition: “Gratitude in the Small Things”

Verse: “They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts.” — Acts 2:46
Story: Last Tuesday, I almost skipped dinner—long day, zero energy. I boiled pasta, tossed it with olive oil, garlic, and lemon, and the kids said it was their favorite meal that week. Sometimes the smallest plate carries the most grace.
Meal (Serves 4): 12 oz pasta, 3 tbsp olive oil, 3 cloves garlic, zest and juice of 1 lemon, handful of parsley, salt & pepper. Cook pasta, sizzle garlic in oil, toss with lemon and parsley, season to taste.

Why Join The Sunday Table

Because life moves fast.

And most people are starving for peace, not just food.

This is your weekly reminder that:

food is sacred
family is ministry
and the small things matter

Sometimes the holiest thing you can do
is sit down and be present.
